I attended David Gregor‘s Bookselling Workshop a few weeks ago, which was a fantastic resource. If you’re a bookseller, I highly recommend attending one of his workshops if he’s ever in your area. And if you’re a book collector, he has workshops for you too!
As I’m rapidly running out of space for our inventory (and one of these days, I’m going to have to make a decision about how to expand… buy a storage shed? Buy a new house??), I decided to move along some of our slower stock to other dealers in the area. As I’m not getting rid of as much stuff as I’d like, I’m considering offering these through the store – something akin of: buy a box of books for $5. I’ll have them sorted by subject. It’s not posted yet, but if anyone is interested before (or after) this makes it to the website (if ever…), email me and I’ll hook you up.
